Develop the Employer Brand, what the organization communicates as our identity to both potential and current employees. A positive employer brand communicates that our organization is a good employer and a great place to work. Employer Brand affects recruitment of new employees, retention and engagement of current employees. It includes the overall perception of our organization in the market and it describes our promise (or Employee Value Proposition) to employees in exchange for their experience, talents, contacts, or skills.
Collaborate with HR, executive team and ownership to develop language appropriate for Employer Value Proposition. This encompasses the organization’s mission, values, and culture, and gives employees a powerful reason to work for us. It’s everything our company can offer as an employer, in exchange for all the skills and experience our employees bring to the table.
Outcome: Document created that identifies the brand process and all of the places that the brand needs to be implemented. Upon completion of the strategy, the brand strategy to be pushed out to all external platforms. Create a company culture presence to social platforms such as LInkedIn, GlassDoor and Indeed. On the company website create a culture tab to build the brand presence.
