Employee Recruitment Campaigns

Over the last couple of years the pandemic has caused a shift in the workforce with struggles to keep the workforce filled. We launched campaigns across the companies focused on recruitment. I work closely with the HR departments for the ATEK companies to create and support these recruitment campaigns for Solar Plastics and ATEK Metal Technologies in Minnesota and Iowa.

From videos that are broadcast via T.V., streaming services, social media and digital marketing to posts for social media and for job sites, I designed all of the creative. I developed an ATEK Employer Brand Strategy that outlines the dialogue that surrounds the ATEK companies collectively to the external world.
